Lychi accepts prepaid payments only.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders are processed within our standard processing time.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In summary:

  • All sales are final.
  • No Cash on Delivery.
  • No returns for change of mind.
  • No refunds once an order has been placed, except where required under applicable law.
  • Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for dispatch.
